The hotel was impeccably clean and well-appointed, had nice views across the Paris skyline. The staff was extremely helpful and gave some great recommendations. The room was well-kept and beautifully decorated, featured TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Friendly welcome from all staff. Very relaxed feel. Organic breakfasts were good as were the herbal infusion drinks from the menu. It was well located to see the sights of Paris

The initual staff were helpful and there was a king size bed. The Hotel was clean.
The bathroom has no area to put anything eg deoderant etc. The room was impratical. The inital staff showed a map of the area and marked the wrong spot where the hotel is situated. There were no available ipods to use. The room was over priced for what it offered. The check out at 6.00am was shocking. The service was the rudest I have ever experienced. I asked for the name on the invoice to be changed on the account which was agreed to on check in. This was too difficult and could simply not be done witha shrug of the sholders and look of "don't care". We also asked twice for a wake up call which did not happen, both times!

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was spotless, very comfortable and while not large, was designed to maximize every inch of space. We will definitely stay there again.
There need to be hooks for towels in the bathroom

Wonderful beds, designed well, friendly staff, and near very Marais.
Water splashes out of the shower because there is no door, but the shower itself is fantastic.

Let's talk about what really matters
We enjoyed our upgraded prestige room with a charming balcony for breakfast. The location was ideal, away from tourist traps and close to metro stations. Despite some small room issues, the amazing service and delicious breakfast made it a perfect getaway for us as a couple.

good location, refurbished hotel, design of the room
breakfast is not good and the overall value for money from a comfort point of view is not good enough.

Only stayed one night but experience was fantastic from start to finish. Only minor gripe was the size of the room but this was easily countered by having the top floor room with a large balcony and a big bathroom. The hotel design is very original... Strongly recommend for a romantic trip with the wife/gf!!!
